Anderson Anderson & Brown (AAB), is a tech-enabled, business critical services group, providing services and advice that help businesses at every stage of the lifecycle; so those firms can effectively manage the two critical elements that make organisations tick – their people and their finances. They deliver Audits,  Corporate Finance, Tax, Payroll, HR, Consulting and Advisory Solutions globally from their offices across the UK, Ireland and US. 


AAB had three targets they wanted to achieve over the last three to five years:

•    Grow their practice from a couple of sites in Scotland to multiple across the UK
•    Partner with an accountancy specialist for technology and support
•    Transform the current work environment into a modern workplace
Whilst all three were attainable, the right solutions would be imperative to ensuring they were reached within the next three to five years.


T-Tech proposed a comprehensive solution to compliment AAB’s current operations, whilst also partnering to ensuring the three core targets could be met:
Merger & Acquisition: Over an 18-month period, T-Tech assisted in several of AAB’s mergers, providing due diligence, support, and advice to the board. Standardised roll-out plans ensured a smooth assimilation into the AAB group.
Operational Support: T-Tech offered specialised accountancy expertise in multiple locations, allowing scalable IT support aligned with each acquisition. AAB could now reach out to our experienced team to remove any day-to-day roadblocks.
Technology Transformation: T-Tech migrated AAB from a physical solution to the cloud, creating a scalable infrastructure on Azure that seamlessly accommodated each new business integration in a cost-effective manner. We also rolled out standardised laptops and integrated Intapp’s document management system with ABB’s practice management system, providing structure, governance, collaboration, and a seamless remote working experience. 


Within the last three years AAB has gone from strength to strength, becoming a national practice that utilises technology to reach its objectives. Using T-Tech solutions to compliment the AAB group, they have:

•    Grown from 280 staff in Scotland, spanning to over 1000 across the UK, Ireland & the US
•    Created a modern workspace that encourages remote working
•    Produced a management system that promotes productivity
