We can provide a Hosted Telephony Solution to suit any budget which is usually charged monthly at a set price and offers a modern alternative to the traditional Telephone System.
We try to maintain all telephone systems, if that system is past their shelf life, and it becomes impractical and too costly for the customer then we can suggest upgrades that can be cost effective.
On new phone system installations, we maintain all the equipment provided at installation for Free for the first year. We offer Free Remote Access/Programming Changes to our customers and generally carry out any requests on the same day, if not immediately, depending upon engineering availability and the type of request received.
We offer three levels of support:
Gold - 365 days cover
Silver - 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday
Bronze - 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
