We are a fast-growing team, and every individual is prized for their hard work and commitment to ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

THE TEAM

Daniel is the Managing Director at T-Tech. He oversees and manages sales within the business. Daniel is also hands-on with T-Tech’s clients and sometimes acts as IT Director. Prior to T-Tech, Daniel worked at Deloitte as a Management Consultant for 4 years, on global transformational projects for some of the world’s largest banks. Whilst facilitating improvements and modernization to technology systems, Daniel also challenges clients to ensure that their operational IT is successful.

Daniel Teacher

Managing Director

Daniel is the Managing Director at T-Tech. He oversees and manages sales within the business. Daniel is also hands-on with T-Tech’s clients and sometimes acts as IT Director. Prior to T-Tech, Daniel worked at Deloitte as a Management Consultant for 4 years, on global transformational projects for some of the world’s largest banks. Anita has over 25 years’ experience in the hi-tech sector providing strategic and operational HR advice, working with young and fast-growing organisations in senior UK and European roles, including Cincom Systems, Certis and Mercury Communications. Following a period as HR Director for Cambridge Technology Partners, Anita established an independent consultancy business and since then has provided outsourced HR Directorship and HR-project expertise to a range of start-up and mature businesses.

Anita Bird

HR Director

Anita has over 25 years’ experience in the hi-tech sector providing strategic and operational HR advice, working with young and fast-growing organisations in senior UK and European roles, including Cincom Systems, Certis and Mercury Communications. Following a period as HR Director for Cambridge Technology Partners, Anita established an independent consultancy business and since then has provided outsourced HR Directorship and HR-project expertise to a range of start-up and mature businesses.

Lauren has been with T-Tech for over 4 years and brings with her experience from a variety of backgrounds, from small start-ups in technology to Commonwealth Bank. She returned to London 7 years ago from Australia after being part of a management team selling advertising, prior to joining T-Tech. At T-Tech she leads new business, marketing and all the back-office administration functions along with her team, ensuring T-Tech is taking on great new clients, and developing the T-Tech brand.

Lauren Parker-Mitchell

Head of Sales and Marketing

Lauren has been with T-Tech for over 4 years and brings with her experience from a variety of backgrounds, from small start-ups in technology to Commonwealth Bank. She returned to London 7 years ago from Australia after being part of a management team selling advertising, prior to joining T-Tech. At T-Tech she leads new business, marketing and all the back-office administration functions along with her team, ensuring T-Tech is taking on great new clients, and developing the T-Tech brand.

Craig has over 10 years industry experience and has been working with T-Tech for over 5 years. He has a vast collection of technical qualifications from MCSA 2016, CCNP, VCP 6 and Logic Monitor Certified. He worked as Support Analyst in a previous role and developed his career in the Operations and Platforms team at T-Tech which he heads up. He is key to the successful running of T-Tech’s own Data Centre and takes the lead on a variety of key initiatives including our Security offering.

Craig King

Head of Technology

Craig has over 10 years industry experience and has been working with T-Tech for over 5 years. He has a vast collection of technical qualifications from MCSA 2016, CCNP, VCP 6 and Logic Monitor Certified. One of her biggest projects involved training, knowledge transfer, documentation and redefining of working procedures. She brings this wealth of experience to T-Tech where she heads up the Service Desk team with a strong focus on service delivery.

Ioana is an ITIL qualified Service Desk Manager with over 7 years’ experience in IT working in a range of companies from an internal IT support team at a well-known estate agents, to an enterprise level managed service provider. One of her biggest projects involved training, knowledge transfer, documentation and redefining of working procedures. She brings this wealth of experience to T-Tech where she heads up the Service Desk team with a strong focus on service delivery.

Rob has been working in recruitment for more than a decade. He works with T-Tech to recruit the best talent and also supports clients in a range of other sectors, including sport, music, consultancy, and technology. Rob has previously worked with companies including; Raspberry Pi, Focusrite and Abel & Cole. He is always interested to hear from anyone interested in joining the team!

Recruitment Manager

Rob has been working in recruitment for more than a decade. He works with T-Tech to recruit the best talent and also supports clients in a range of other sectors, including sport, music, consultancy, and technology. Rob has previously worked with companies including; Raspberry Pi, Focusrite and Abel & Cole. He is always interested to hear from anyone interested in joining the team!

Dan has driven growth for rapidly expanding start-ups, taking them public, and also worked closely with venture capital and research consulting firms.

Dan brings over a decade of experience with enterprise software and SaaS companies to T-Tech, where he oversees new business & solutions consulting. Prior to T-Tech, Dan served as a Regional Sales Manager delivering Artificial Intelligence, Case Management, Workflow & Communications projects for many of the UK’s leading brands and Multinationals. Dan has driven growth for rapidly expanding start-ups, taking them public, and also worked closely with venture capital and research consulting firms.

Mofie is our Deputy Service Desk Manager with over 8 years’ of experience in IT, being MSCA and ITIL qualified. He has been with T-Tech for over 6 years where he started as a Service Desk Analyst and worked his way to a Manager role. Recently Mofie has worked on projects involving the transfer of multiple clients from a competitor to T-Tech, which involved staff, data, and knowledge transfer. Mofie spends time coaching engineers, and building a good teamwork ethic is among his strong skillset.

David is an ITIL qualified manager with a strong technical background and experience working in a variety of charities, large corporations, and MSP's. David now manages one of the sub-teams of the Service Desk at T-Tech, making sure daily operations run smoothly.
